Deputy Program Manager to join our team in the Marshall, VA area to provide

Duties and specific responsibilities include, but are not
limited to:
Serve as the Fielding Manager
responsible for organizing, presenting and tracking projects and activities in
accordance with the IMS Schedule and ad hoc requirements.
Supports other program/project managers with planning,
scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring through the complete project
Coordinate fielding activities, to include customer
engagements, and act as the program office representative during all phases of
the fielding process
Analyze project requirements and
schedules to assess the impact of changes, delays, and other schedule
closely with the customer, technical leads, and technical program staff to meet
contract and program staffing and performance needs.
and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Performs analysis of the Integrated Master Schedule to
include requirements analysis, critical path analysis, resource analysis,
what-if scenarios
Coordinates with program functional teams, integrated
project teams, and other stakeholders to review and understand their schedule
inputs/updates and address identified gaps or issues
Proactively identifies and
communicates schedule dependencies, impacts and risks to the program management
team, participates and supports the program's risk management and governance
process, develop IMS custom views and reports as required
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or
related field
At least 10 years of experience
managing complex, enterprise IT projects for or supporting U.S. Government
An active TS/SCI Security Clearance
and DoD 8570 certification (Security+ CE).
Managerial experience providing
technical advice, organizing, planning, directing and managing staff to ensure
goals and objectives are achieved is required.
Advanced knowledge and experience
with Microsoft Project Server
Qualifications Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent and seven to nine years of related experience. Degrees Equivalent Experience/Education

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
